Comments: After putting the last of the provisions away this morning, I started cooking for the passage. I made chicken stock in the pressure cooker, then a lentil dish. I went to the Carrefour one more time for some last-minute items. I stopped by a restaurant in the marina and had a pizza and a bottle of French (of course) wine. The restaurant was fairly high-end. I had wild chickens bouncing off my shins … so South Pacific. It becomes real when the dinghy is stowed and the dive platform is raised. I’m leaving for Tonga at the next slack tide.
