Prescription Drugs:
- Amoxicillin (AMOXIL), 250 mg chewables 30 Antibiotic (penicillin), used to treat Strep Throat, Tonsillitis, Infection of the Middle Ear, Acute Bacterial Infection of the Sinuses, Severe Sinusitis, Throat Irritation, Lower Respiratory Tract Infection, Inflammation of the Stomach Lining caused by H. Pylori, UTI, Bacterial Skin Infection Take 1 tab by mouth 3 times daily
- Azithromycin (ZITHROMAX Z-PAK), 250 mg tablets ” 12 Antibiotic, used to treat Strep Throat, Tonsillitis, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, Middle Ear Infection, Severe Sinusitis, Pneumonia, Bacterial Skin Infection Take 2 on first day, then 1 daily for 4 days
- Benzonatate, 200 mg 30 Cough supressant Take 1 capsule by mouth 3 times daily as needed.

- Ciprofloxacin, antibiotics, 500 mg tablets ” 40 Antibiotic, UTI, Traveler’s Diarrhea Take 1 tablet by mouth every 12 hours.

- Fluconazole (DIFLUCAN), 150 mg tablets 10 Anti-fungal, treats yeast infections. Take one tablet by mouth once now for 1 dose. May be used up to every 3 days for yeast infection, but most cases only require a single dose.
- Gentamicin sulfate opthalmic solution – 3%, 5 ml ” 1 Eye Infections including Styes & can be used in outer ear
- Hydrocodone-acetaminophen (NORCO) 5-325 mg 20 Analgesic, pain Take 2 tab by mouth every 6 hours as needed for moderate pain
- Ibuprofen (prescription strength, 800 mg) 20 Anti-inflammatory, non-narcotic pain reliever
- IV Fluids, 0.9% NaCl, 1000 mL 1 Hydration, use with aqua-c
- Lidocaine 1% (XYLOCAINE), local anestetic, injection, 5 mL 1 Pain, localized
- Lidocaine 2% (LIDOCAINE VISCOUS), local anestetic, topical, 100 mL 1 Pain, localized surface, including sore throat when taken orally Take 10-15 mL by mouth every 4 hours as needed for sore throat. For flesh wound, pour generously over painful area.
- Lorazepam, (ATIVAN), 1 mg tablets 10 Anti-anxiety benzodiazopine Take 1 tab by mouth 2 times daily as needed.
- Mefloquine, 250mg 50 Malaria prevention. Take one by mouth weekly for 180 days
Ondansetron (ZOFRAN-ODT) 4 mg 30 Anti-nausea Take 1 tab by mouth every 8 hours as needed for nausea and vomiting - Promethazine (PHENADOZ) 25 mg suppository 20 Anti-motion sickness, anti-nausea, anti-anxiety, antihistimine. Treats nausea and vomiting, and minor allergy symptoms such as rash, itching and runny nose Insert 1 suppository into rectum every 6 hours as needed for Nausea and Vomiting
